* Notice of Lodgement: This is just the title given to the document filed in court. There was no intent to complete a legal "Notice." For the purposes of this filing, the title could have been "The documents I want to file today" with the same outcome.
The goal was to get certain documents filed onto the court record in case they were needed in the future. Some viewer comments have been made about the term "Notice of Lodgement" being incorrect. In this case it worked for me, however if you have a better title, or are more informed about the proper filing term to use, I suggest you discard the title in this example and use your own.
